Whats New?
40th Anniversary
Chess Plastics have celebrated their 40th year of manufacturing with the purchase of a new 1000T machine. Malcolm Olden retired at the end of 2007 and a retirement party was held at Worcester Races to mark this occasion. Malcolm would like to thank all customers, past and present, for their support over the last 40 years.

We can manufacture a wide range of component sizes with our 20 moulding machines which range in size from 10mm square on our 95T machines up to 1400mm square on our 1300T machine. |

Many of the components that we produce are printed, welded, coated, assembled, and packaged to form complete units ready to despatch to the ‘High Street’ distributors. |
Production planning and control are effectively achieved by use of our ‘Mattec’ Real Time Monitoring system which integrates with our plastic manufacturing software.
